SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

NBFD Fire Station – 444 E. Chubbuck Road

August 28, 2025 @ 5:30pm

1. OPEN MEETING - Commissioner Shell opened the meeting at 5:31pm.

2. ROLL CALL - Commissioner Curtis, Commissioner Johnson, Commissioner Shell.

3. ACTION ITEMS

   1. Approval of agenda - The motion was made by Commissioner Curtis and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to approve the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

   2. Approval of Fiscal Year 2026 budget - The motion was made by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Curtis to approve the Fiscal Year 2026 budget. The motion passed unanimously.

4. ADJOURNMENT

   1. The motion was made by Commissioner Curtis and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to adjourn the meeting the motion passed unanimously.

   2. The meeting was adjourned at 5:33pm.
