NORTH BANNOCK FIRE STATION
North Bannock Fire District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
North Bannock Fire Station
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Keller Associates located at 305 North 3rd Avenue, Suite A, Pocatello, ID 83201, until September 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Phase I work will include installing approximately 1,700 ft of new 8” gravity sewer line from Anderson Lane to Booth St tying to the City’s existing sewer system. Surface restoration of gravel surfacing, asphalt paving, curbing, and sidewalk along with fence repair is also included. Reconnections of existing sewer services to the new main line are included and occur at multiple locations. Work also includes installing new water service line and meters from Pocatello Creek Road to the fire station building, and to an existing residence, and a new sewer service connection the fire station building.
Bids shall be received for a single prime Contractor. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $465,000. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bidding Documents may be purchased for $22.00 and downloaded at the following designated website: QuestCDN.
Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Instructions to Bidders.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10 AM local time on August 27, 2025, at 9222 N. Anderson Lane, Pocatello, ID 83204. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
