Open meeting at 5:30 PM

Motion made by Commissioner Curtis to approve the agenda; Seconded by Commissioner Johnson. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion made by Commissioner Curtis to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code §74-206(1)(a) to discuss personnel issues; Commissioner Johnson seconded motion.

Motion to exit Executive Session made by Commissioner Shell at 6:15 PM; Seconded by Commissioner Curtis. Motion passed unanimously.

The new schedule for the administrative assistant will be set semi-permanently: Monday-Thursday 4p-6p and Friday 12p-6p with a start date of 11/29/2021; with the notion of observing federal holiday closures, as necessary.

Motion to adjourn at 6:15 PM made by Commissioner Shell; Seconded by Commissioner Curtis. Motion passed unanimously.
